When guests kept asking how to get to the FedEx shop, we figured a digital sign in the lobby that flipped between these two posters would help get them to where they want to be. It did the deed.
To help guests know what their dining options are and what they offer, we opted to take advantage of their time in the elevator to get them hungry for more.
